CONCRETE LIFTING & LEVELING
Concrete foam lifting and leveling is another service that we offer. The foam is injected through a dime size hole into voids and spaces beneath sunken concrete to lift it permanently. This is a much less invasive method than traditional hydraulic jacking, which involves larger holes and heavy equipment which could damage your landscape. Plus, you will be able to use your surface the same day with the quick drying/setting foam.
WATERPROOFING
Additionally, we offer interior and exterior waterproofing services for your home. We focus on stopping water infiltration. Water, when allowed to pool creates a lot of extra undo weight loads and stress on foundations and basements.
MOLD REMOVAL
We offer mold testing, inspections and mold removal services from crawl space and basement areas.
FOUNDATIONS & BASEMENTS
We offer a full line of moisture control systems for your foundation and basement needs. Vapor barriers made of heavy mil plastic sheeting to Crawl space encapsulation. With the aid of commercially installed dehumidifiers the area under your home will be as clean and sanitary as inside your home.
